About Marcia
Marcia launched her career in 2014 as an intern at a child/young adult residential treatment facility in Quincy, IL while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Quincy University (2015). Her curiosity for deeper understanding led her to pursue her Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling, Specialization in Christian Ministries from Liberty University (2017). As doors opened, she discovered her true passion—Couples and Family Therapy. She became a certified Systemic Couples and Family Therapist (2023) and later earned her second Master’s degree, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy (2024). Now, she serves as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), under the supervision of Dr. Ashley McErlean, LMFT-S (TX License #202535).
Her purpose is to help individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and thrive. Regardless of race, gender, identity, or background, everyone deserves equity, respect, and most of all—love.
